Files sent to the Caustic 3 Archive may be preserved and made publicly available through Archive.org as part of the public archive.

This means that uploaded files may eventually be downloadable by other people.

Please only send files that you are happy to have preserved and potentially shared publicly.

If a file contains private, personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information that you do not want made public, please don't upload it.

If you're unsure whether something should be included, contact us before sending it.

📦 What can I send?

Almost anything related to Caustic 3, including:

🎵 .caustic song files
🎛️ Presets and sound banks
🥁 BeatBox kits and samples
📦 PCM and other sound packs
🎨 Skins and themes
📖 Manuals, tutorials and documentation
💬 Saved forum pages or community material
🗂️ Old Caustic folders or backups

You don't need to sort, rename, organize or zip anything first.

🔎 What happens after I send it?

We'll take care of the archival work:

Receive → Identify → Preserve → Deduplicate → Organize → Document

Original files are kept unchanged wherever possible. Additional information is created around them to help identify, search and organize the collection.

Suitable material may then be included in the Archive's public collections on Archive.org.

❓ Not sure whether to send something?

If it's Caustic-related and you're happy for it to potentially become part of the public archive, send it.

If you don't want a file made public, don't upload it.
